Die FRONTFRAUEN. Akademie für Frauen in Führungspositionen lädt ein zu einem Abend mit Diskussion und Workshop für Frauen, Männer und Experten, die sich intensiver mit dem Thema “Frauen in Führungspositionen” auseinandersetzen und ihre eigenen Führungsfähigkeiten ausbauen wollen.

Die Veranstaltung findet in englischer Sprache statt.

These  times are crying out for women to step forward in a bigger way than ever before , to offer our vision of a better world.

We are creating a dialogue facilitated by Patricia Varley from the USA who attended the 2011 United Nations International Conference on the Status of Women  in the world. She will share her insights and what she learned from this powerful event in New York City with over 2.000 women worldwide focusing on empowerment, gender equality and leadership for women and girls.
In addition we will provide a forum for women and men to learn new leadership skills such as  the Edgewalker leadership qualities and philosophy and the importance of awakening the leader within.

This evening will begin to enable women (and support men) to be their highest and best as leaders and people because that’s what the world needs now.

• Strengthen your ability to provide leadership in the world during these challenging times
• Deepen your understanding of the value of and cultivation of the feminine spirit
• Clarify, align with and deepen your greater purpose and higher calling on the planet at this transformative time  & start to create a plan of action for yourself.
